What if your brand photos didn’t just look good—but actually made your dream clients feel something?
What if they saw your images, watched your brand clips, and thought: She gets me. I trust her. I want to learn from her. That’s exactly what happened when Brandy and I worked together to tell the story behind The Brightly Balanced Classroom.

Meet Teresa
Teresa is a ceramic artist based in the Methow Valley, and her work is every bit as soulful and grounded as the land she calls home. She doesn’t just shape clay, she shapes moments of calm, connection, and emotional resonance.
Each piece she creates is one-of-a-kind, inspired by nature, memory, and the deep desire to help people feel something when they hold it.
She’s not running a production line. She’s making art. Her brand, T Good Pottery, is a celebration of intention over urgency—ceramics that serve the heart, body, and mind.
Brand Prep
Starting with the Session Map
Before we ever picked up a camera, we started with clarity. My branding sessions always begin with a story-mapping call, where we unpack not just what you do, but why it matters.
Her Mission:
To create pottery that stirs emotion, brings presence to everyday rituals, and helps people feel grounded and connected.
Ideal Client:
Thoughtful, heart-led women who value handmade over mass-produced. They crave meaningful objects, slow moments, and art that tells a story.
Brand Values:
Intentionality: Every piece is slow-made with care and meaning
Emotion: Her work is meant to be felt, not just used
Beauty in Simplicity: Inspired by nature, memory, and the soulful rhythm of home
From there, we built a custom Session Map that included:
• A content plan with 4 core storylines: her messy creative process, farm life, kitchen moments, and soulful studio details.
• Locations that felt true to her rhythm ie, her home studio, sunlit kitchen, and the pasture she shares with her animals.
• Wardrobe guidance and a moodboard that reflected her earthy, expressive style—intentional, artful, and a little bit wild in the best way.

Storylines That Connect
The best brand photography tells a story—and Teresa’s story is rich with beauty, soul, and intention.
Here’s what we captured during her session:
• Creative Chaos
We started in her home studio, right at the wheel. Mud-splattered hands, laughter, the rhythm of real artistry in motion. Teresa isn’t about polished perfection—she’s a ceramic artist rooted in emotion and expression, and these moments brought that to life.
• Culinary Clay
Teresa’s pottery is made to be lived with. We photographed her work in the kitchen—bowls filled with ramen, mugs in use, everyday mess that felt warm and human. These images show how her handmade pieces invite connection and elevate daily rituals.
• Farm Life Rhythm
With coffee in hand and lambs by her side, we captured the quiet beauty of her life in the Methow Valley. These lifestyle shots brought in the slower pace, the intention, and the earthy grounding that define her brand.
• Studio Stillness
As light poured through her open garage door, we shifted to glazing and finishing touches. Close-ups of her brushwork and the quiet in-between moments told a story of craftsmanship and care—proof that every detail in her pottery holds heart.
These aren’t just pretty pictures. They’re connection points. In a world that moves fast, Teresa’s visuals remind people to slow down, breathe, and surround themselves with things that carry meaning. Her brand isn’t just about selling pottery—it’s about creating presence.

Shoot Day Magic
Shoot day with Teresa flowed so naturally. We had a clear vision mapped out, but left space for spontaneous, soulful moments—the kind you can’t plan, but you can feel in the final images.
We moved from studio to kitchen to pasture, capturing everything from cinematic brand clips to honest, emotive stills. Teresa didn’t have to pose or perform—she just showed up as herself, and that was more than enough. That’s the beauty of brand photography when it’s rooted in story.
The Power of Connection
Let me say it clearly: before people buy your product, they buy into you.
That’s why I combine strategy with story. I’m not just here to take pretty pictures—I’m here to help you connect. Whether you're an artist, a service provider, or a soulful brand-builder, your visuals should feel aligned, elevated, and deeply personal.
Teresa walked away with a full library of content—brand photos and video clips she can use across her website, launches, emails, and social media. We didn’t just create content; we built a visual foundation for her next chapter.
If you're looking for branding photography in Chelan, the Methow Valley, or anywhere in Washington that captures you—your energy, your process, your story—I’d love to help.
Cinematic Video Clips
Every branding session includes short video clips that follow the same storylines we photograph. It’s a powerful way to bring your brand to life and help people feel your story.
For Teresa, we filmed moments like hands in clay, soft light in her kitchen, and quiet time with her animals. These clips add depth and emotion, making it easier for her dream clients to connect.
She now has a library of videos she can use for reels, her website, email marketing, and more. One of the easiest ways to use them is to pair a few clips with music and text to create a simple brand video that leaves a lasting impression..
Your Turn
If you’re craving visuals that reflect the real heart behind your business... If you're ready to feel seen, supported, and confident on camera... I’d love to help you tell your story.
Let’s build something beautiful—together.
