You’ll also receive a personalized Session Map, which includes outfit inspiration, posing guidance, and brand-specific direction. During the shoot, I’ll guide you every step of the way so you’re never left wondering what to do.

Yes. A non-refundable retainer is due at booking to secure your date, and the remaining balance can be split into two or three payments. Full payment is due before your session.

Not at this time. My sessions are designed to be intentional, strategic, and high-impact. If you're looking for a smaller content refresh, the Branding Essentials package is the best fit and can be customized with add-ons.

I typically book 4–6 weeks out. If you’re planning a launch or campaign, I recommend reaching out 2–3 months ahead to give time for planning, shooting, and delivery.

Yes. Within 3–7 days of your session, you’ll receive a proof gallery to select your favorite images (and video clips, if applicable). You also have the option to purchase additional content at that time.

Your final, fully edited content will be delivered within 4 weeks. You’ll receive both high-resolution files (perfect for print) and web-optimized files (perfect for your website and social platforms).

Your license allows you to use your images and videos on your website, social media, email newsletters, and digital advertising. For large-scale campaigns (like print ads, billboards, or ad spends over $10,000), extended licensing is available upon request.

Absolutely. Many of my clients return seasonally or annually to refresh their visuals. Custom retainer packages and quarterly content planning are available—just mention this on your inquiry form or discovery call.

Yes—I offer branding sessions across Washington State. If your session is outside the Chelan, Wenatchee, or Leavenworth area, a travel fee will be added to cover mileage, time, and lodging if necessary. I love working in new spaces and am happy to bring the full studio experience to you.
